Can every dissolved UK LTD company be restored using RT01?
No. Administrative restoration has specific eligibility conditions, including who can apply, why the company was struck off, and when dissolution occurred. A voluntary strike-off generally requires a court restoration route. I recommend checking your company number and circumstances first.
What do you need to assess my company?
Please provide your company name or Companies House registration number, the approximate dissolution date if known, and whether the strike-off was compulsory or voluntary.
Are Companies House fees and penalties included?
No. My package covers the agreed professional work. Government application fees, outstanding penalties, filing fees and applicable third-party costs are separate. The current RT01 application fee is £341
Can you handle overdue accounts and confirmation statements?
Yes, if included in the selected package and within my service scope. Please disclose the outstanding periods and whether the company traded or was dormant so the work can be assessed accurately.
How long will restoration take?
My delivery time covers the agreed preparation and support. Companies House processing is separate and can take longer; no approval date can be guaranteed.
Can you help if court restoration is required?
I can help identify the likely route and explain next steps. Court proceedings and legal representation are not included in these packages; you may need an appropriately qualified solicitor
