FAQ
Will my website go down during migration?
Downtime is kept to a minimum. Your old site stays live while I set up the new one, and I only switch the DNS once everything is tested.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
I only need access to your old and new hosting (or a temporary admin user) and your domain’s DNS. Please change your passwords after delivery for extra safety.
Do you also migrate emails?
Yes, as add-ons. Email DNS records are +$15, and mailbox migration is +$10 per mailbox. Add them when ordering, or message me first.
What if something breaks after the move?
Premium includes 7 days of support. For other packages, message me and I’ll check what happened.
Which hosts do you work with?
I’m familiar with any cPanel-based hosting, including SiteGround, GoDaddy, Bluehost, and Namecheap. I also work with Hostinger (hPanel). If you use a different host, message me first so I can check.
Will I lose my SEO rankings?
I keep your URLs, redirects, and SEO settings the same, so your rankings stay protected. This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
