What information do you need to start?
Admin access to your source and destination email accounts, your domain registrar login for DNS changes, and the list of mailboxes to migrate. Full details are in the requirements form.
Will there be any downtime?
No. The migration runs in parallel with your live email, so you keep sending and receiving throughout the process.
How long does it take?
1–10 mailboxes usually take 1–4 days. 25+ mailboxes take 3–6 days depending on total data size.
Is my data safe during migration?
Yes. I use secure IMAP/API-based migration, store nothing on my end, and verify data integrity before handover. I can sign an NDA on request.
Do you configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
Yes — these are included in every package to protect your domain and ensure your emails land in the inbox.
Can you migrate contacts, calendars, and folders?
Yes, including labels and folder structure. Drive/OneDrive file migration is included in the Premium package.
Do you offer post-migration support?
