Prepare your 1099 NEC's EARLY for the January 31st deadline!

I will prepare 1099 NEC forms and mail them to your independent contractors as well as your original 1099 and 1096 forms to the IRS. I will e-file all 1099-NEC with the IRS and email all forms to your contractors. All will be e-filed and you will receive a copy through email of all forms filed for your records. All will be filed at the end of the day PST.

Price includes cost for E-filing and E-mailing forms to your contractors.

I assure full security of Clients personal informational and do not keep any information with me after completion of project.

Independent contractors who you have paid more than $600 for the year will need a 1099 form for tax purposes. These filings must be mailed by January 31, 2025.

The information you have to provide include:

1. EIN

2. Employer's name

3. Employer's address and ZIP code

4. Wages, tips, other compensation

5.Employee information, Name, Business Name, EIN or SSN, Address, Email Address, Total Compensation.

All information needs to be in an orderly excel file.
