I’ll need background on your business, goals, current workflows, challenges, technology environment, and any relevant documentation. Standard and Premium engagements may also require stakeholder interviews or additional discovery.
Does this include AI software development or implementation?
No. This is a strategy and advisory engagement. I provide assessment, recommendations, prioritization, governance, operating model, and implementation planning—not software development, system integration, or technical configuration. Recommendations may include referrals.
What is included in the final deliverable?
Each package includes a written consulting deliverable appropriate to the engagement scope. An executive presentation can be purchased as an additional service.
What if my organization or project requires more discovery than the package includes?
