What should i provide you at first?
You will have to provide us with Accurate Sizes/ Dimensions for the design. All the content includes text and Images that you want us to incorporate in the design. Any design reference or bullet points that can be helpful.
How you work?
We have a simple process. In the beginning, we design the box on the provided details and send the initial concept. Afterward, we work on the feedback for improvements. Once the buyer approves the artwork then we send all the source files in High DPI editable formats.
How long will you take for the initial concept?
We supply the initial concept before the expected delivery time. Although you can order GIG extra to receive the initial concept within 24 hours.
What are the final files formats you provide?
Once the buyer approves the artwork we provide editable Ai, PSD, High DPI PDF files with or without bleeds plus HQ Jpeg file.
How many revisions you provide?
We provide one basic concept at first with Unlimited revisions until the buyer becomes happy with the design. Although, the buyer will have to add additional funds if he needs more concepts/artworks.
What is your office timing (working hours)?
We reply to the query within 30 minutes from 11am - 1am (GMT+5) although we try to respond within 6 hours during out-of-office hours.
