I love editing a good conversation and I don't just run it through garbage AI software like many editors, I actually listen to the conversation, edit the fundamental things like spaces, filler words, and mistakes, but then I go back and also do an editorial edit to cut the conversation in a way to deliver the most value in the least amount of time to extract the best possible episode fromt he raw footage.

I also reframe it, color correct the footage for both you and your guest. I engineer the audio also for you and your guest. Most people don't do any color correction let alone do it for each guest independantly so that that if your guest is using a lower grade camera or audio I get them as close as possible so it looks more professional.
