Can you record guitar by following a reference track?
Absolutely. Providing a reference track is very helpful for me to match the tone, style, and vibe you're looking for. Just send over the reference and I can mimic it with my playing while adding my own creative touches.
I'm not totally sure what guitar style fits my song. Can you play in different styles?
Definitely. As a versatile guitarist, I can perform in a wide range of styles - from funk to rock to pop and more. Send over your song and we can discuss different guitar style options that may suit it. I'll record a few variations so you can see what works best.
How can we communicate during the process?
I'm readily available by message on Fiverr for any questions or updates needed. Communication is key to ensuring I'm meeting your vision.
Can you record guitar parts by reading my lead sheet?
yes, as a live performing musician in big productions, you can't survive without reading musical notes and lead sheets. this is what I do!
Do I own full rights to the guitar recordings after delivery?
Not by default. My base and standard packages include a non-exclusive licence — meaning you can use the recordings freely in your music (streaming, sales, videos, etc.), but I retain my performance and neighbouring rights as the recording musician.
What does “non-exclusive licence” mean?
You can use the recordings commercially in your projects, but you don’t own the master recording outright. I may use the same playing or similar takes for other projects, and I remain eligible to collect performance/neighbouring royalties if the track is publicly performed, broadcast, or streamed.
What if I want to release the track commercially without owing any royalties?
Choose the “Full Rights / Buy-Out” gig extra. This gives you exclusive ownership of the delivered guitar recordings and waives my rights to future royalties or performance claims.
