Your product identifiers stay intact. All rows are retained, and uncertain values are flagged for review.
STARTER: $15 for one CSV, up to 100 rows and 15 columns. Three-day delivery and one revision within the agreed scope.
Larger files: request a $35 custom offer for up to 1,000 rows/15 columns, or $75 for up to 5,000 rows/25 columns with agreed number and ISO-date formatting.
Before ordering, send a non-sensitive 10-20 row sample, full file dimensions and 2-3 examples of your desired result. We confirm scope and deadline on Fiverr.
Input: CSV. Delivery: Excel workbook. Store imports, PDF conversion, macros and formula repair are outside scope. Gallery examples use synthetic data.
FAQ
Will you remove duplicates or merge products?
These packages flag duplicate rows and conflicting records for the designated SKU/key. All rows are retained. Removing or merging products requires a separately confirmed scope; we do not assume which product record is correct.
Will SKUs and leading zeros stay intact?
Yes. Product identifiers are handled as text. Identify those columns before work begins. For example, SKU 000123 remains 000123.
What if two records have the same SKU but different prices?
They are flagged for your review. We do not choose a price or overwrite one product with another without a confirmed rule.
Can I send an Excel workbook?
These packages accept one CSV export and return an Excel workbook. Multiple sheets, formulas and macros are outside scope. Message before ordering if you need help confirming whether a CSV export fits.
What does one revision cover?
Corrections needed to meet the agreed rules for the original file. A new source file, added columns, new rules or store import is a scope change to discuss before further work.
How can I check what changed?
Your Excel workbook includes cleaned data, original values and a review/change log. Corrections are documented, identifiers are preserved, and uncertain records are flagged for your decision. We check the output against the rules agreed for your order.
Is the output ready for a Shopify or other store import?
The deliverable is a reviewable Excel workbook. Store-specific import schemas, uploads and account access are outside these packages. We do not guarantee import compatibility.
Can you handle the same export again next month?
We can review another export using the previously agreed rules after confirming that the columns, scope and deadline still fit. Each repeat job is agreed separately on Fiverr.
