Basic: up to 100 data records, 20 columns and 1 MiB; 2-day delivery; one revision of the agreed rules.
Included:
- Trim outer spaces in approved descriptive columns.
- Optionally remove identical full rows with your permission.
- Flag missing required values, conflicting SKUs, ambiguous prices and formula-like cells.
- Preserve supplied identifiers and prices; no invented data.
You receive cleaned.csv, exceptions.csv, audit.json and a short README. Unresolved or unsafe rows are excluded from the cleaned file and retained in the exceptions report. The number of cleaned rows may be lower than the input count.
This is AI-assisted, rule-based file preparation with a separate quality check. It does not include shop access, uploading, variants, scraping, translation or guaranteed import compatibility. No XLSX, PDF, macros or customer/personnel lists.

What files can I send?
One UTF-8 product CSV, up to 100 data records, 20 columns and 1 MiB, with comma, semicolon or tab separators. XLSX, PDF, macros and customer/personnel lists are excluded. Please confirm the separator and exact column headers.
Will every row be returned in the cleaned file?
Not necessarily. Unresolved, conflicting or unsafe records are kept in exceptions.csv. Exact duplicate rows are removed only with your permission. You receive cleaned.csv, exceptions.csv, audit.json and README.txt explaining the changes and row counts. Missing product facts are never invented.
Do you use AI, and will the file import into my shop?
AI assists the workflow and communication. Rule-based processing and a separate quality check follow your agreed instructions. This service does not include shop access, uploads or guaranteed import compatibility. Contact me before ordering if your organization restricts AI-assisted processing.
