What is needed from me to get you started?
1. Which is the category of your business? 2. Which is the chosen name of your business? 3. Do you have a motto or a tagline? 4. Do you have an image/object that you would like to use in the logo design, that represents your brand? 5. You must provide me your creative brief or initial idea.
What is the time delivery?
I'll get to this as soon as I can. Please keep in mind that I take all the orders step by step, so I will deliver the order in the exact number of the days which are displayed when ordering. I will deliver the order on time, but not faster (for example in the middle of the countdown or less days).
Can you send me the order faster than the initial turnaround time?
If you haven't already ordered the 1 day delivery, you can ask me to send you a price quote for a faster delivery (in less days). But this depends of the complexity of the work and my free time.
Why my order was completed without asking me?
Please keep in mind that all orders will be auto-completed (by the system, NOT by myself) 3 days after deliveries, unless you click on the "request modification" button. So if the order is already completed, please send me a message (in message section) regarding the order! I will be right here!
I like the 3D-mock logo. Can you send me a vector/transparent file of it?
Unfortunately, I can't. There are two programs which have different purposes. Your logo is rendered in 3D against a background, in a program (Adobe Photoshop), other than the one I work for creating the logo (Adobe Illustrator - which is the only one capable to save the project as a vector file).

What does Social Media Kit include?
The Social Media Kit includes 4 generic banners (just with the logo on them): 1 for Facebook, 1 for Youtube, 1 for Twitter and 1 for Instagram.
Why am I unable to open all the files?
The only files that cannot be open on a regular viewer are the source files and the vector files. The .AI file is the source file and the .EPS file is the vector file and you need to have Adobe Illustrator program to be able to open them.
