Meta rejected my business verification. Can you fix it?
Usually yes. Rejections normally trace to business documents that do not match your registered name, an unverified domain, or a business category mismatch. Message me the rejection notice and I will tell you which one it is before you order.
Do I need WATI or 360dialog, or can you use Meta directly?
All three work. WATI is easiest for teams that want a shared inbox with no technical setup. 360dialog is cheaper at volume and gives you direct API access. Meta Cloud API suits custom builds. Message me your monthly message volume and I will recommend one.
Will my messages get delivered or will WhatsApp block my number?
Templates must be approved by Meta before you can send them, and I submit them as part of the build. Blocks happen when businesses message people who never opted in. I set up opt-in capture and opt-out handling so that does not happen to you.
Can the bot hand over to a real person?
Yes, and it should. A bot that traps customers in a loop costs you more than no bot at all. Live agent handover is included in the Premium package and configured so the conversation transfers with full context.
