I already have HubSpot but it is messy and not working properly. Can you fix it?
Usually yes, and it is normally faster than starting over. I audit the portal, keep the pipelines and data that work, and restructure the rest so your deal history survives the change. Message me a screenshot of your pipeline view and I will tell you which path fits.
Will my team be able to use the system easily?
That is the test of whether the build worked. A CRM nobody updates is worse than a spreadsheet. Every build ships with a recorded walkthrough and written documentation, and the Premium package includes a live training session with your team.
Can you migrate data from another CRM into HubSpot?
Yes. I have migrated from Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, Monday and spreadsheets into HubSpot. Message me what you are moving from and roughly how many contacts and deals, and I will confirm what transfers cleanly and what needs rebuilding.
Which HubSpot plan do I need for this?
Most of the build works on Starter. Workflow automation requires Professional, so if you are on Free or Starter I will tell you before you order rather than after. Message me which tier you are on and I will scope to fit it.
Do you provide support after the setup is completed?
Yes. If something inside the scope of what I built stops working, I fix it. Message me and I respond the same day. Changes beyond the original scope are quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
