How is this different from a one-off dashboard?
I build reporting systems designed for ongoing use, not one-off visuals. The structure, data model and visuals are all designed so your team can rely on it week after week.
Which package is right for me?
Reporting Foundation suits one data source and a single executive view. Spreadsheet Replacement covers full weekly reporting across 2 sources. Operations Clarity is for teams that need both executive and operational views from multiple sources.
What if none of the packages match my needs?
Message me with your reporting goals and data sources, and I will put together a custom order tailored to your situation.
Do I need a Power BI Pro license?
Power BI Desktop is free. To share reports online with your team, you need Pro at $10 per user per month. I will advise during the scoping call.
Which data sources are included?
Basic covers one prepared Excel or CSV table. For Standard and Premium, message me to confirm your sources, access and data structure. Custom APIs and complex integrations require a separate quote.
Will my data be kept confidential?
Yes. I work under strict confidentiality and can sign an NDA if required. Your data is never shared or retained after project completion.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes. I offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing updates, new pages, or additional data sources. Message me for details.
What does one dashboard mean?
Each dashboard listed in the package means one interactive page within your Power BI report.
Does this include online publishing and automatic refresh?
Power BI Service publishing, scheduled refresh and any gateway setup are scoped separately. Any required Microsoft licences are purchased by you.
