I will convert word or PDF documents into clean HTML for your website
WordPress and HTML Website Fixes
About this Gig
Copying a Word document into a website often leaves messy spacing and unnecessary formatting. I will turn your Word file or text-based PDF into clean HTML that is easier to publish and edit.
I organise headings, paragraphs, lists and links, then add simple CSS for readable spacing and text. Standard and Premium also cover a limited number of simple tables and supplied images.
Package limits:
Basic: 2 source pages or 800 words
Standard: 5 source pages or 2000 words
Premium: 10 source pages or 4000 words
The first limit reached applies. One table means up to 10 rows and 5 columns, without merged cells.
You receive HTML and CSS files, plus the supplied images used. I check the content against your source and review the layout on mobile and desktop.
Send the file before ordering so I can check its length and complexity. This is content conversion, not a full website build or an exact copy of a printed page. Scanned PDFs, handwriting, equations, complex charts, copywriting, translation and CMS upload are outside these packages.
Revisions cover formatting changes within the agreed document.

FAQ
Can you convert a scanned PDF?
These packages cover PDFs with selectable text and Word documents. Scanned pages, handwriting and OCR cleanup need a separate review. Send a sample before ordering.
Will the HTML look exactly like my document?
The result is a readable web version with the same content structure. It adapts to screen width rather than copying a fixed printed page exactly.
How are pages, words and tables counted?
The first page or word limit reached applies. A simple table has up to 10 rows and 5 columns with no merged cells. Standard includes 2 tables and 5 images; Premium includes 4 tables and 10 images.
Will you upload it to WordPress or another CMS?
This gig delivers HTML and CSS files. CMS upload, theme changes, hosting and a complete website are not included.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover formatting changes to the agreed content, such as heading levels, spacing, lists or link placement. New content or extra source pages need a separate scope.
