Yes and this is just basically the sketch / fast drawing quality. It must be sketched first for $5 in order to fully solidify the concept of the additional figure. Once it is all set, I will send an upgraded offer and it will be drawn to fully polished version.

The coverage of this additional background scene for +$15 is only a simple like the amount of details you see on a background when you take a selfie. Something intricate or full of detail background would be charged for an additional based on the amount of detail it will have.

The coverage of this additional full color for +$10 is only the coloring of the main subject. Intricate coloring or detailed background coloring would be charged for an additional based on the amount of detail it will have.

This is my basic offer for a revision. This only covers a simple / small removal / small adding of small portion of the overall design. If a revision would be deemed to be very detailed or almost a full re-draw, an appropriate revision offer will be sent.

I illustrate in a 9.5 inch x 12 inch canvas in 300 dpi at Adobe Photoshop. If there will be too many subjects that you expect to be very detailed within this canvas size, it might be lessened depending on how cramped / many they are inside. Basically, the smaller the canvas, the lesser the detail.

Each of my package is only for 1 subject / concept drawn on a 9.5 inch x 12 inch. If there will be more than one subject or too detailed background, it will be a separate order. If it is not that much too detailed, I can lessen the pricing that's why I suggest that you message me first.
