How can I receive my Training Plan?
I can provide a Training Plan through any means you would prefer be it through Training Peaks, if you use that regularly to track your workouts and progress, or through something as simple as an Excel Spreadsheet.
How will I interact with my Running Coach?
Weekly calls can be held through Zoom or Microsoft Teams Meetings. We can either utilize Fiverr Messaging for any text-based communication or connect on WhatsApp.
What equipment will I need for the Training Plan and Workouts?
The beauty of running is it doesn't require much equipment. All you need is a good pair of shoes and a simple watch with timing functionality (in a pinch, you could also use your cellphone). The workouts I suggest will not require any equipment.
Why do I need a Running Coach?
Every athlete is unique and staring from a different point. There are many training plans out there that are generic and doesn't take your specific needs into consideration. A coach can be very helpful to provide a tailored plan to the athlete and guide the development towards the athletes goal.
