Is an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration failing with a mapping, fault-handler, adapter or schedule error? Send me the error and the .iar export, and I'll find the root cause, apply the fix in your non-production instance, and hand back test evidence and a written note.

Do you need access to production?
No. I work in a non-production instance through a dedicated named user you create. Production changes happen only with your written approval.
Why end customers only?
