FAQ
Do I need to provide finished artwork?
No. Send your logo, brand colors, final copy, website, images, and references. I will create the LED-ready layout and animation.
What does the 15-second animation include?
Each package includes one custom 15-second seamless LED loop designed to repeat continuously during your event, game, campaign, or promotion.
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide final LED specifications, pixel dimensions, orientation, frame rate, codec/file format, final copy, brand assets, deadline, and any visual references.
Can you create additional LED sizes or formats?
Yes. Additional flat LED sizes can be adapted from the approved animation. Major aspect-ratio changes, curved displays, or complex layouts may require a custom offer.
Can you animate multiple stadium screens together?
Yes. Multi-screen stadium systems, synchronized ribbons, and animation that travels between screens are available after reviewing the venue specifications.
What is included in unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions cover refinements to the agreed concept, including timing, color, text placement, supplied images, and minor motion changes. New concepts, messages, screens, formats, or changed technical specs may require a custom offer.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on animation complexity, number of LED formats, screen layout, technical specifications, and delivery timeline. The package price covers one primary LED animation; additional formats or multi-screen systems may require a custom offer.
