As a Sports Scientist (Honours) and international-level athlete, I've spent years designing and optimizing training programs for peak performance. Now I'll apply that same scientific approach to YOUR program.
What I'll analyze:
- Periodization structure - are you progressing?
- Volume, intensity, and frequency balance
- Exercise selection and sequencing
- Recovery protocols and deload strategies
- Injury risk factors
- Goal alignment - does your program match your goals?
Who is this for?

- CrossFit athletes stuck at a plateau
- Strength athletes following generic online programs
- Anyone training consistently without results
- Athletes recovering from injury who want to train smarter
What you'll receive:

FAQ
What do I need to send you?
Your current training program in any format (Excel, PDF, Google Sheets, photo, app screenshot). Also include: Your main goal (e.g., "run a sub-4 hour marathon") Training history (how long you've been training) Any injuries or limitations
What sports/activities do you work with?
I specialize in strength sports (powerlifting, CrossFit), endurance sports (running, cycling, triathlon), and general fitness. I have extensive experience with gymnastics but can analyze programs for most athletic disciplines.
Will you write me a completely new program?
No - this gig is for REVIEWING and FIXING your existing program. If you want a custom program built from scratch, please check my other gig: "Create a custom periodized athletic training plan."
What if I'm a beginner with no formal program?
That's fine! If you're currently following a YouTube program, app-based plan, or even just "winging it" at the gym, I can review what you're doing and tell you exactly how to improve it.
How quickly will I see results from your changes?
Most athletes notice improvements within 2-4 weeks of implementing the fixes, especially if the main issues are programming errors (poor periodization, inadequate recovery, etc.). However, results depend on consistency, your specific problems and your specific goals.
