Hi, I'm Ruben, and I'm a professional real estate photographer and photo editor. I use a top of the line equipment to capture the best compositions, and use a combination of Lightroom Classic and Photoshop to achieve the best results possible. I am based in Gandia, Valencia (Spain) and all my packages include up to 75km driving. If your property is further away, please upgrade your order with extra travel time.

What do i do:
- Travel up to 50km (or more for a small fee)
- Take high quality photos of all relevant spaces, inside and outside
- High quality photo editing, including all necessary retouching and corrections
- Deliver high resolution JPEG images ready for you to use
Important to know:
- Delivery time calculated from the date of the shoot.
- Homes MUST be cleaned, tidied, staged and personal images must be removed, or additional time and fees, or a reshoot may be charged.

Hi, my name is Ruben and I'm a professional real estate photographer based in Spain. I photograph everything from small townhouses and apartments to large country homes, both for the sales market and for short-term rentals (B&Bs and holiday homes).
I do all my own editing and have experience with a wide range of techniques, including light and color correction, hand-blended HDR images, distortion correction, and more.
I also do web development, mainly for small businesses looking to establish or improve their online presence.

FAQ
How do you calculate the travel distance?
I use Google Maps and plan a route from Gandia to the address of the photoshoot to determine the distance.
Is it ok to move items from room to room while you are shooting?
Sometimes this cannot be avoided, but it can take up too much time, for which you may be charged. To ensure speed and efficiency, the house must be cleaned and tidied at the start of the shoot.
Can you remove unwanted elements from a photo, such as cords, or damage to a wall?
Yes, this is no problem at all for such minor elements. For larger elements, such as personal photos, clutter, or a vehicle outside, additional fees may be charged.
