FAQ
Does your package includes hosting and domain charges?
No, You should have a domain and hosting subscription already done or I can also help you setting that up so you can contact me for that, these are solely my design and development charges.
What do you need from me to start the website design and development process?
I need some examples of the work specifically your inspirational website Logo file (Preferably Source AI or PS file to avoid further size and pixilation issues. Login to your cPanel or your WordPress page Page builder free or pro version depending on your website what it demands. Name of the pages
Does your package include both the design and development?
As I am a professional UX-UI designer and WordPress Developer you don't need to hire a designer to first design and then a developer to develop your website. You will enjoy a seamless experience of the design and development of your website.
Do you also provide redesign package?
Yes my packages are also for those persons who want to update or redesign their website or Blog.
Will you write the content for website?
This is not a content creation gig so the content to be added on the website needs to be provided beforehand and the gig does not include any content creation. If you don't have content ready for your website, please feel free to get in touch beforehand so we can engage a content writer separately.
Do you provide the licenses for the Themes and Plugins that you use in the website?
No. If I will use any Premium Theme/Plugin, you might need to purchase it if you need life time support from the developers, none of my Packages/Gigs include the license for a premium theme/plugin. I only have a developer license to use it.
Do you also design the graphics to be used on the website?
This is a WordPress gig and not a Graphic design gig so all the graphics to be used on the website will either have to be provided by the buyer or will have to charged separately for, whichever the buyer sees fit.
What if some issue comes in website after completion of order? Will you make revisions?
In case there is any issue, please contact me within 14 days of delivery of website & I will try to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility if contacted with any issues after weeks, months or years!! Please note that I will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 14 days of delivery.
What happens if I lose my website or accidentally delete part of my website by mistake?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your website due to user error or malfunctioning plugins/files that have been installed after the delivery of your website.
What are the ongoing costs to keep my website live?
1. Domain: $20/year. (client-managed). 2. Hosting: $20/year. (client-managed). 3. Elementor Pro: Free for the first year. After that, $30/year for renewal. Except for Basic Package. 4. Additional Plugins: Must be purchased by you under your account.
