Developed an automated Excel dashboard for a consumer food company in south asia region specializing in cereals. The goal was to streamline the reporting and visualization of daily sensory analysis results, which are critical for monitoring product quality and guiding production decisions.

Problem statement-

The client struggled with manual, time consuming reporting of sensory analysis data from routine quality tests. Process lacked consistency and delayed insights, making it difficult for management to quickly assess product quality and make timely production decisions. They needed an automated solution to streamline data processing, ensure accuracy, and provide clear, real time visibility into quality performance.
