I will edit your podcast audio

I edit The Wordy Pair Podcast and I can bring those editing skills to your podcast, audiobook, or similar work.

The different levels of this Gig provide different levels of detail based on any pre-processing you might be willing to do.

The Basic level is intended to be affordable and quick. I will make all the normal "bulk" fixes to your audio, including synchronization if needed. What Basic won't do is get rid of "ums" or stutters or punctuated background noises.

Standard level includes what is effectively a visual examination of the waveform. I will listen to the starts and ends of any long trains of speech and any isolated bits. Coughs, isolated "ums," loud breaths, mouth clicks--anything not subsumed into other speech. Long silences will be trimmed and I will make an effort to maintain a good flow.

Premium level includes a full listen-through of the audio, and efforts to remove "ums" and other sounds that are unintended parts of words. They can't always be removed, but a careful snip and a fade will often do the trick.

Please note that video sync is only offered with Basic, because the other two will involve frequent short cuts which can affect video negatively.
