What file formats do you deliver, and what versions do I need?
I deliver a fully standard .xlsx Excel workbook. For the advanced features, interactive formulas (XLOOKUP), and Pivot Charts to work flawlessly, it is highly recommended that you use Microsoft Excel 2021, Excel 365, or the latest version of Excel for Mac.
Can you build formulas that automatically update when I add new rows?
Yes, absolutely! I convert all your raw data inputs into dynamic Excel Tables. This means whenever you paste or type new sales, expenses, or dates at the bottom of the sheet, the calculations, KPI summary cards, and visual charts update automatically.
Do you offer data cleaning if my raw spreadsheets are currently a mess?
Yes, data cleaning is included in the Standard and Premium packages. I will clean up duplicate entries, fix broken formatting, split combined text columns, and standardize your rows before building out the dashboard layout.
Will my business numbers and client data remain completely confidential?
