What types of content can you review?
I review a wide range of content, including games, apps, websites, marketing materials, product descriptions, UI text, and other Japanese localization projects. If you're unsure whether your content is suitable, feel free to contact me before ordering.
What's the difference between translation review and localization QA?
Translation review fixes Japanese. Localization QA evaluates how your content feels to Japanese users, including naturalness, consistency, terminology, and overall user experience.
Do you review AI-generated translations?
Yes. I review both AI-generated and human-translated Japanese. AI translations often require improvements in natural wording, tone, context, and consistency, and I'll provide practical suggestions to make them sound more natural to Japanese users.
Will you explain why changes are needed?
Yes. I don't simply make corrections. I explain important issues and provide suggestions so you can understand why each change improves the quality of your Japanese localization.
How are additional words charged?
Each package includes 200 words. Additional words are charged in 100-word increments. For example, if your document contains 350 words, it falls within the 301–400 word range, so two additional 100-word increments are charged. Please refer to the package details for the applicable rate.
What will I receive after the review?
You'll receive corrected Japanese text, review comments, explanations of important issues, and suggestions for improvement. Higher-tier packages also include more detailed quality assessments and structured review documents to help you better understand your localization.
Can you review games, apps, or websites?
Yes. I specialize in Japanese localization for games, apps, websites, marketing content, and product descriptions. If your project contains multiple content types, feel free to contact me before ordering.
What if my project doesn't fit your packages?
