I'm Joe Muldowney, veteran of 40 years of running. My best marathon time is 2:22:54, and, at age 57, I ran the 2010 Philadelphia in a time of 2:58:56. I am the author of the books: "Running Shorts: A Collection of Stories and Advice for Anyone Who Has Ever Laced Up a Pair of Running Shoes,." and "Personal Best." I have been the head cross country coach at Penn State Schuylkill University since 2007, coaching 3 state champions and an All-American. I have written training programs and endorsed products for Fiverr customers around the world.

Tho my request may have been a bit shirt notice he was able to get me the exact needs I was looking for to train for the new Air Force PT test and made it custom to my needs. If you're looking for a good plan or amazing coach you wont find anyone better in my opinion. His products are deeply detailed yet simple but keeps you in mind the whole time.
