My wp-admin is not working. Can you still help?
Yes. Most hacked sites lock you out. I work through cPanel, FTP or SSH, so wp-admin is not needed.
What access do you need?
cPanel or hosting login (or FTP + database access), or you can simply share your Hosting login. After the job, change all passwords and I'll remind you which ones.
Will the malware come back?
I remove the backdoors and close the hole the attacker used, which is why most re-infections happen. Premium includes a free re-clean if it returns within 30 days.
Can you remove the Google red warning?
I clean the site and submit the review request to Google and other blacklists. Google decides the timing, usually 1 to 3 days after a clean review.
Will I lose my content or orders?
No. I take a full backup of files and database before changing anything.
