Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
No. I handle all the technical setup. You just tell me what you want automated, and I build it so it runs on its own.
What apps/tools can you connect?
Most popular tools — Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Airtable, CRMs, WhatsApp, OpenAI, and hundreds more via n8n and Gumloop. If you're unsure, just message me and I'll confirm before you order.
How long does it take?
Simple automations: 2-3 days. More complex multi-step systems: 5-7 days. Rush delivery available as an add-on.
What if it breaks or needs changes later?
All packages include revisions. I also offer ongoing monitoring/maintenance as an add-on if you want peace of mind long-term.
Do I need to give you access to my accounts?
Only where necessary (e.g., API keys or app permissions), and only for the apps being automated. I never ask for anything beyond what's required to build your workflow.
Can you build something custom that's not listed in the packages?
Yes — most of my work is custom. Message me with what you need and I'll scope it out before you order.
What's the difference between automation and AI automation?
Regular automation follows fixed steps. AI automation adds decision-making — for example, reading an email and deciding how to respond, instead of just forwarding it. I build both depending on what your process needs.
