FAQ
Do you need my Apple ID password?
You'll enter it yourself during our screen-share session. I never ask you to share passwords in chat — you type them directly on your own device.
Will I lose any data?
No. Before any migration or cleanup, we confirm your backup is complete, and everything moves safely from your old device to the new one.
How do we connect for the session?
Through the Fiverr order page we'll arrange a screen-share session. You watch everything I do and can stop the session at any time.
