What's NOT included?
Ongoing maintenance, third-party app subscriptions (Make.com, n8n, Airtable plans), and content migration of large datasets. These can be discussed separately.
Can you work with what I've already built, or do you start from scratch?
I work with what you have. I'll review your existing base, keep what's working, and improve the rest. No need to start over.
I'm not technical. Will I understand how to use the system after?
Yes. I build for real teams, not developers. Everything is documented and I'll walk you through it on a call.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions. If you need ongoing support, we can discuss a retainer.
Do my team members need paid Airtable seats to use the custom interface?
No. The AI-built interfaces work without per-seat Airtable access — that's one of the main reasons I build them this way.
Can you build something from scratch, or only improve existing bases?
Both. If you're starting fresh — I'll build it right from day one. If you already have something — I'll take it further. Either way, the result is a clean, scalable system.
