FAQ
What does LeadFlow do?
LeadFlow automatically distributes new and eligible updated Salesforce leads among active routing group members using round-robin assignment. It also creates routing audit records so administrators can see how and why each assignment occurred.
Will you install LeadFlow in my Salesforce org?
The standard package is self-service and includes a step-by-step Installation Guide, Admin Guide, quick-start checklist, and demo video. If you would like hands-on assistance, you can add the Guided Installation and Setup service to your order.
What Salesforce access is required to install LeadFlow?
LeadFlow must be installed by a Salesforce administrator or another user with permission to install managed packages and assign permission sets. You will not be asked to share your Salesforce username, password, or verification codes.
Does LeadFlow require custom code?
No. LeadFlow is delivered as a Salesforce managed package and can be installed and configured without writing Apex or building custom automation. Custom development or modification of the packaged components is not included.
Does LeadFlow support weighted lead routing?
Not currently. LeadFlow uses equal round-robin distribution among active routing group members. Weighted routing is being considered for a future release but is not included in this version.
What happens if no routing group members are available?
LeadFlow uses the fallback owner configured in the active routing configuration. If no fallback owner is specified, the lead remains with or is routed to the designated configuration owner, depending on the configured fallback settings.
Can I create multiple routing configurations?
Yes. You can create and retain multiple routing configurations, but only one configuration can be active at a time. LeadFlow prevents a second configuration from being activated until the current active configuration is deactivated.
Can LeadFlow route records other than Leads?
This version of LeadFlow is designed specifically for the standard Salesforce Lead object. Routing for Cases, Opportunities, or custom objects is not currently included.
Will LeadFlow work with my existing lead automation?
LeadFlow can coexist with other Salesforce automation, but existing flows, Apex triggers, or lead assignment rules that also change Lead ownership may affect routing results. We recommend installing and testing LeadFlow in a sandbox before using it in production.
What support is included with my purchase?
Your purchase includes seven days of Fiverr messaging support after delivery for questions about installing and configuring LeadFlow. Custom development, troubleshooting unrelated Salesforce automation, and ongoing Salesforce administration are not included.
