Do I need Canva Pro?
Free Canva works for most templates. Pro is only needed if your brand fonts are custom uploads or you want the Brand Kit feature. I'll flag it before starting if it applies to you.
How fast is delivery?
Basic is 1 day, Standard 3, Premium 7. If you're on a deadline, message me first 24-hour turnaround is usually possible on Basic and Standard for a small rush fee.
What do you need from me to start?
Logo files, your fonts (or names), hex colour codes, and 3 example posts you like the look of. If you don't have a brand kit yet, send the examples and I'll work from those.
What exactly gets locked?
Backgrounds, logo placement, shapes, grids and font styles. Your team can edit text and swap images inside the frames. Everything else is fixed so the layout can't be dragged out of shape.
Can my whole team use the templates?
Yes. You get a Canva share link, so anyone on your team can duplicate and edit. No file transfers, no extra software, no per-person setup.
How many revisions are included?
1 with Basic, 3 with Standard, unlimited with Premium. Revisions cover layout, colour and font adjustments — a full concept change is quoted separately.
