What should I send you?
Please send the audio file you want cleaned up, plus any reference video if the audio belongs to a video project. Include notes about the main problems you want improved, such as noise, clarity, harshness, clicks, mouth noise, echo, or uneven levels.
Can you remove all background noise?
I can reduce many types of background noise and significantly improve clarity, but some recordings cannot be made completely clean without affecting the voice. If the audio has severe noise, distortion, echo, or clipping, message me before ordering so I can assess what is realistic.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable cleanup or clarity adjustments based on the original audio file. It does not include editing a different recording, changing the project scope, or creating additional versions beyond the original order.
