Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Send the error, steps to reproduce, affected screen and framework version. I will confirm whether the issue fits a package and agree on the expected result before you order.
What if you cannot fix it?
I only accept a job after I have reproduced the bug, so this is rare. If I still cannot fix it, you get a full refund. I will also tell you what I found, so the next developer starts ahead.
Do I have to give you my source code?
For most fixes yes. A private repo invite or a zip both work. The code stays yours, I send back every change I make, and I delete my copy once you accept delivery. Remove secrets and real user data. For later support, you may need to provide the sanitized source again.
How do the packages differ?
Basic covers a reviewed small issue; Standard, related issues in one flow; Premium, agreed issues in one module. The 1, 2 or 3 work hours include investigation, changes and testing. We agree on scope and acceptance steps before ordering; packages do not promise a fixed bug count.
What counts as a completed fix?
We agree on the reproduction steps, expected behavior and test environment. Delivery includes the source changes and test notes against those steps. This is targeted testing of the agreed issue, rather than a full-app audit or a guarantee that the entire app has no bugs.
What does a revision cover?
A revision addresses the delivered fix against the agreed issue and acceptance steps. New features, unrelated bugs, additional platforms or changes to the original requirements need a separate scope. Basic, Standard and Premium include 1, 2 and 3 revision rounds respectively.
Which devices and platforms will you test?
This gig covers Flutter and native Android issues. We agree on the Android device or emulator, OS version and test steps before ordering. If the issue also affects iOS or depends on specific hardware, message me first so I can confirm what I can test.
What does Premium follow-up include?
For 7 calendar days after delivery, I can answer questions and address problems with the delivered fixes within the agreed scope and the package's 3 included revision rounds. New issues and features require a separate scope. After acceptance, you may need to provide sanitized source again.
Can you help if the cause is in iOS, the frontend or the backend?
Yes, I also work on native iOS, frontend and backend development. This gig is scoped around a Flutter or Android issue. If the root cause needs changes elsewhere, we will agree on that work before adding it to the order.
