Professional PCB Designer and Electronics Hardware Engineer
About this Gig
DO YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL PCB WITH SCHEMATIC, LAYOUT, AND GERBER FILES READY FOR FABRICATION?
Whether you are a startup, hardware engineer, or maker, I deliver clean, manufacturable PCBs ready to send directly to JLCPCB, PCBWay, or any fab house the moment you receive them.
I build custom PCBs using Altium Designer, KiCad, and Eagle:
- Schematic creation and circuit validation
- 2-layer and 4-layer PCB layout
- Signal integrity and power distribution
- DFM check ready for production
- Full Gerber file set for fabrication
- Bill of Materials (BOM) with part numbers
- Component placement (CPL) file for assembly
- 3D board renders
- KiCad, Altium, or Eagle source files
- Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi boards
- Power supply, sensor, and IoT circuit development
All deliverables are organized schematic PDF, Gerber files, BOM, CPL, and source files everything your fab house needs.
MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING tell me about your project and I will confirm the right package.
FAQ
Which PCB design software do you use?
I work in Altium Designer, KiCad, and Eagle. Let me know your preference and I will design in that tool so you can edit the files yourself later.
Do I get the source files or just Gerber output?
Standard and Premium packages include full source files. Basic includes Gerber output only — source files can be added as an extra.
What fab houses do you design for?
Designs are optimized for JLCPCB, PCBWay, and OSH Park by default. I can adjust design rules for any other fab house if needed.
Can you design Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi based boards?
Yes — shields, custom carrier boards, expansion boards, and standalone microcontroller designs are all covered.
What if I only have an idea and no schematic yet?
No problem. Describe what the board should do and I will design the schematic from scratch, then proceed to layout.
How many layers do I need?
Most simple boards work on 2 layers. Complex or high-speed designs typically need 4 layers. Message me and I will advise based on your project.
