Phase 1: Project Onboarding & Structural Scheme (Milestone 1)

• Review of your architect's 2D drawings and load paths.
• Agreement on key structural elements (up to 6 primary elements like steel beams, lintels, or posts for residential jobs).

Phase 2: Structural Calculations & Draft Drawings (Milestone 2)

• Full design calculations for beams, bearings, and load distribution.
• Initial 2D structural plan drafts.

Phase 3: Final Building Control Pack & Sign-Off (Milestone 3)

• Full calculation report ready for Building Control submission.
• Final 2D structural drawings (up to 3 sheets).
• Includes up to 1 revision to ensure smooth approval.
