I'm Ryan, and I'll design and build a custom-coded contractor website that showcases your projects, explains your services, and makes requesting an estimate easy.
Whether you're a builder, remodeler, roofer, painter, or landscaper, I'll create a site around your business.
Every package includes:
- Custom desktop and mobile design, with your supplied text and images
- Project photos, supplied testimonials, and social links
- A working quote-request form and click-to-call buttons
- Image and loading-speed optimization, page titles, and descriptions
- Source code, setup notes, and one launch to your hosting account
Choose a one-page site, a complete five-page website, or an eight-page build with an expanded project portfolio.
I'll check the layout, links, and form before launch. You'll control your domain and hosting accounts.
You provide approved content and images. Domain, hosting, paid services, copywriting, and CMS/editor setup are separate.

Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Send your trade, service area, page list, and any example sites you like. I’ll confirm the scope, package, hosting requirements, and timeline before you order.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business details, services, service areas, approved page text, logo if available, and project photos you have permission to use. I’ll also need your contact details and the destination for quote requests. Copywriting and branding are separate.
Is this a WordPress website, and can I edit it myself?
These packages cover a custom-coded website, not WordPress or a drag-and-drop editor. We’ll agree on the stack before ordering. A CMS for editing projects, services, or other content yourself is available through a separate quote.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Setup is included; ongoing fees are not. I’ll launch the site to one agreed hosting account you control and connect your domain. You pay for the domain, hosting, and any paid services. Ongoing server management is not included.
Will I receive the source code and control the website?
Yes. You’ll receive the project source code and setup notes, and your domain and hosting stay in accounts you control. You’re not required to buy ongoing maintenance from me. Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their licenses.
Will the quote-request form actually work?
Yes. Every package includes one form with up to six fields, connected to one agreed submission destination and tested before delivery. Automated estimates, file uploads, booking systems, and CRM connections require a separate quote.
What counts as a revision?
One round is a consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. Basic and Standard include two rounds; Premium includes three, allocated across design and build. New pages, features, or a new design direction are extra. Fixing defects in my delivered work does not use a revision round.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or more leads?
No rankings or lead numbers are guaranteed. I include page titles and descriptions, responsive layouts, and image and loading-speed optimization. The site will clearly present your services, projects, and contact options. Ongoing SEO and advertising are not included.
What support do you provide after launch?
I include 14 days after launch to correct defects in the work I delivered. New features, content updates, ongoing maintenance, and issues caused by later third-party changes are not included. Additional support can be quoted separately.
Can you rebuild my existing website or add extra features?
Yes, subject to reviewing the request. Existing-site migrations, URL redirects, CMS setup, booking, payments, and API connections need a separate scope and quote. They are not automatically included in the standard website packages.
