Which tools do you support?
Excel formulas, small VBA macros and small Python scripts for spreadsheet or CSV processing. Each order covers one technology and one workbook or sample dataset. If you are unsure which package fits, message me first.
What do I need to provide?
Send an anonymised sample, the error, software/version and 2–3 inputs with expected outputs. We agree on scope and test cases before ordering. I reproduce the issue, review the correction, test those cases and provide written handover notes.
Can you fix a large app or add new features?
This Gig covers small fixes within the package limits. Full applications, major rewrites, integrations and extra features are outside this offer.
What does one revision include?
One correction round for the confirmed issue and test cases. A new bug, new dataset or changed requirements needs a separate scope agreement.
Are calls included, and do you use AI?
Communication and handover are written Fiverr messages only. I may use AI tools and then review and test the delivered work. Provide anonymised data only.
How do you handle my data?
I work on a copy or anonymised sample, not your live file. No login or passwords are needed. Remove personal data, credentials and API keys before sharing. Do not send confidential data for AI processing; we agree on any additional access or data use first.
