How do I know you actually read my manuscript and didn't use AI?
Fair question — and I respect you for asking it. My report will reference specific scenes, character moments, and plot points from your manuscript by name. A generated report can't do that. You'll know immediately that a real person read your work.
What format do I receive the reader report in?
A Word document organized by category — overall impression, structure and pacing, characters, plot consistency, and specific feedback on what worked and what didn't.
Do you provide line edits or proofreading?
No — that's a separate service. Beta reading is reader response, not editing. I'm telling you how the story felt, not fixing your sentences. The reason is because there's no need to polish words which might wind up getting cut. Structure NOW; polish LATER.

What genres do you read?

Do you offer revisions?
Beta reading doesn't have revisions in the traditional sense. You get my honest first read. That's the whole value of it.
