The Basic package is suitable for small residential properties up to 400 m² / 4,300 sq ft and includes a professional 2D landscape plan, up to 2 presentation images (Master Landscape Plan and Detail Plan)
The Standard Package is ideal for medium sized residential properties of up to 600 m² (6,460 sq ft), and includes a professional 2D landscape plan along with up to 4 presentation drawings (Master Landscape Plan, Planting Plan, Detail Plan, and Sections)
I also offer additional 2D drawings, editable Vectorworks source files, SketchUp 3D modeling and realistic Enscape renderings.

What do you need from me to start?
I usually need a site plan, survey, existing drawing or accurate property measurements. Photos and inspiration images are also very helpful.
Can you work with an existing landscape plan?
Yes. I can develop, modify or improve an existing concept depending on your requirements.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions include adjustments to materials, planting selections, plant placement, dimensions, annotations, and other minor design refinements based on the approved concept. A complete redesign or creating a new layout concept after the original concept has been approved is not considered a standard
Do you provide 3D landscape visualization?
Yes. I can create a SketchUp 3D model and Enscape rendered views as an additional service.
Can you design landscapes for any country?
Yes. I can create landscape designs for residential projects worldwide. If your project requires local regulations or specific plant species, please provide the relevant information or documentation so the design can be adapted accordingly.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-quality PDF files and image files (JPG or PNG). If your package includes editable source files, they will be delivered in the agreed format, such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, or other specified files.
