What will I receive?
You will receive an editable Excel asset register workbook based on your selected package. This is a spreadsheet deliverable, not an application or inventory management system
Can you customize the fields and dropdowns?
Yes. I can customize columns, categories, locations, custodians, conditions, statuses, dropdown values, currency, and date formats based on the agreed scope
Is data entry included?
Basic is a blank template. Standard includes up to 100 asset records, while Premium includes up to 300. Each asset row counts as one record
Can I add more asset records?
Yes. An additional 100 records can be purchased for $25 with two additional delivery days. Projects exceeding 500 records require file review and a custom offer
Does the workbook include formulas or automation?
It can include standard Excel formulas, validation, dropdowns, and conditional formatting. VBA, macros, applications, APIs, and external automation are not included
Can the workbook be used in Google Sheets?
Possibly, but please contact me first. Some Excel formulas and formatting may need adjustment, so full Google Sheets compatibility is not automatically included
Do you provide depreciation or accounting advice?
No. Accounting, tax, valuation, depreciation-policy, and audit advice are outside this service. Calculations are added only from rules supplied and approved by you
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects or adjusts work within the original requirements. New sheets, logs, formulas, fields, records, or changes to the approved structure are additional scope
