What is Wallpaper Engine?
Wallpaper Engine is an application for Windows with a companion app on Android which allows users to use and create animated and interactive wallpapers. Wallpapers are shared through the Steam Workshop functionality as user-created downloadable content.
If I don't use Wallpaper Engine software and don't need to bundle the project files, is there a budget?
Your budget will decrease without project files. I will make a special offer for you
What software do you seamless loop videos with?
I use Adobe After Effect to edit the beginning and end of the video without stuttering when the video repeats. The animations I use are entirely using Wallpaper Engine

Kimryu always goes above and beyond when it comes to creating animated wallpapers for his clients. Additionally he goes through each step of the process with you as hes creating the wallpaper to see if there is anything you want added or improving on. Ive had one other wallpaper done by him to and hes someone ill always come back to for future projects.
