In your order, I've made a required field where you must Attach a Script file. I can read almost any format, but I recommend: PDF, TXT, RTF, DOC, DOCX, ODF, HTML, or a high quality image of the script (PNG, TIF, JPG, etc)

I include 1 free revision, but it will delay the delivery by a day. If you need additional revisions, they can be purchased. I always want to make sure you end up with the best voice over, but each revision does mean I have to redo other services (like breath removal), so I do have to charge.

I deliver MP3 & WAV in Stereo at 44,100 Hz. I use 220 kbps for MP3, and for WAV Encoding I use Signed 24-bit PCM. I will deliver through a Google Doc share and make the files available to you through Google Docs for 6 months, free of charge. If you want an Ogg Vorbis file, let me know.

Yes. You can include this in your "Special Directions" in the order form, or edit your script to indicate files you want separate: "{file1} Hello! {file2} Did you hear me? {file3} I said hello!" I would deliver 3 separate MP3s & 3 separate WAVs.

A revision is to read the same script, but with a different energy, accent, or pacing. 1 Revision is included free of charge. A script change alters the words I need to read and is charged separately. Alternately, you can just create a new order for a new script (as both are the same price).

Yes, I lived in Chile from 2002 - 2004 and speak Spanish well. BUT: 1. You must provide the script in English & Spanish (I don't offer translation) 2. I won't proof-read the Spanish script 3. I'm only comfortable with a classical Spanish accent or a Chilean accent

Yes, but I recommend including the "Live Direction" service if you want accents or a jingle, so we can come to an agreement on exactly the sound you want. At a minimum, document what you'd like in the "Special Requests" section of the order.

Name the sound effect in [Square Brackets] in the script. Describe it in the "Special Requests" section of the order. Example Script: "Who's there? [Gasps] [Shrieks] [Whimpers]" Then in Special Request, describe each in greater detail. NOTE: not for SFX, just for vocal noises.

I don't offer this service because: 1. Music licenses often require attribution & I can't enforce that when I simply generate an MP3/WAV 2. I find clients are happier picking the music track themselves 3. I'm not equipped to legally verify a music license if you provided the music file

I won't record lines with hate speech (even if it's a villainous character), as I don't want my voice associated with it. Products or services that seem like scams to me I will refuse. While I am willing to record curse words or other vulgarities, if it gets too graphic, I will refuse.
