Usually, yes. Some backgrounds have awkward horizons, perspectives, or lighting that don't really work with the subject. Please show me your image before we decide whether or not the background is changeable.

I deliver the initial design. At that point, you can 'reject' it and your funds will go back to your account. If you've already begun the draft process, this option won't be available and we'll have to figure out another way, but this is rare.
