With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, teaching, workforce development, and working with adult learners, I bring a practical perspective to career planning.
Depending on the package you select, our consultation can help you clarify your goals, evaluate career paths, consider whether additional training or credentials make sense, identify priorities and potential barriers, and develop practical next steps.
Before our session, you will complete a brief Career Direction Questionnaire to help me better understand your background, goals, and concerns.
My role is not to choose a career for you. I help you evaluate your options, ask the right questions, and make a more informed decision about what comes next.

No. My role is to help you evaluate your options, identify important considerations, and develop a clearer path forward. The final career or education decision remains yours.
Do you provide a career assessment test?
Not as part of this Gig. I use a structured Career Direction Questionnaire to help guide our consultation. This is not a psychological or psychometric assessment.
Can you help me decide whether I should return to school?
Yes. We can examine how additional education or training fits your career goals, including the type of credential you are considering, potential alternatives, and factors you should evaluate before making the investment.
Do you write résumés or provide interview coaching as part of this Gig?
No. This Gig focuses on career direction and education planning. Résumé development, interview preparation, and other job-search services are outside the scope of this consultation.
What will I have at the end of the consultation?
You should leave with greater clarity about your options, the issues you need to consider, and practical next steps. Premium clients also receive the written Career Direction Plan included in that package.
