What do you need to get started?
Mainly your product link, logo, product photos, and text you would like to use. But, the more information you have, the better, especially the preferred EBC layout.
What kind of product photos I will need to provide?
You will need to provide your product photos from various angles on a clear background. Make sure your product photos are well lit.
I don't have product photos, what should I do?
You can forward us supplier-provided product images or you can take photos of the product from your cell phone camera on a clear background with ample lighting.
What will I receive?
You will be able to download the text and all images within the order page after you have approved the work. Final deliverables will be in jpeg format and in compliance with all Amazon requirements. Source files are available if ordered.
What is your working methodology?
Our process is very simple. We'd do a quick discovery session with you to understand your needs and request for the required information > Create a draft based on your requirements and submit for approval > Work on improvements based on feedback or submit the order/upload the final design to Amazon
How many revisions do you allow?
First off, we are completely flexible with revisions until we achieve the final design based on your requirements so you can mark your order as complete. However, the only revisions number we would limit to 3 is if you are asking for a complete redesign for every revision.
Where do you check if you have A+ content and which type you have(Premium/Basic)?
You need to check the A+ content manager on the advertisement tab on your seller account. If your brand is registered, you can click on start creating A+ content and you'll see what type is accessible to you.
What If Amazon doesn’t approve the EBC or Storefront Design?
No worries at all, this can happen sometimes. We would work on updating the design based on the changes suggested by Amazon to get it approved. We'll work with you and won't leave you hanging dry in this situation. This is exactly why we offer unlimited revisions.
My brand registry is in process but I need to get my EBC prepared, could you please help?
Although you would need to get your brand registered prior to uploading your EBC content. However, many sellers get their EBC ready while the registry is in the process to upload the contact instantly once the brand is registered. If you are one of those smart sellers, please get in touch with us!
Are my product photos and listing images safe with you?
100%. Any information, images, content, etc that you provide is completely safe with us. We won't distribute or reuse the product images that we have designed for you. We only use our design work to display on our portfolio.
