I'm Saad, a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3+ years of professional CAD and product design experience. I create accurate, print-ready 3D models in SolidWorks and prepare files for FDM, resin, and other 3D printing processes.
My engineering approach goes beyond simply converting a sketch into an STL. I consider wall thickness, clearances, tolerances, fit, print orientation, support requirements, and manufacturability to help create functional parts that actually work.

What do you need to start the project?
You can provide a 2D drawing, hand sketch, dimensions, photos, existing STL/OBJ file, or even an idea. For reverse engineering, provide as many measurements and reference photos as possible.
Will I receive an STL file?
Yes. Print-ready STL files are included according to the selected package. 3MF and STEP/source CAD can also be provided depending on the package.
Can you create a 3D model from a picture?
Yes. I can create a 3D CAD model from reference pictures, sketches and measurements. For accurate functional parts, dimensions or additional references may be required.
Can you repair my STL file?
Yes. I can inspect and repair non-manifold, damaged or problematic STL files and prepare them for 3D printing while preserving the intended geometry where possible.
Can you print the design for me?
Yes. Physical 3D printing is available through our printing capabilities in Pakistan and Canada. Printing, material, finishing and shipping costs are quoted separately based on the project.
Can you develop a complete product?
Yes. The Premium package can cover CAD development, assembly design, prototype printing, fit/function testing and design iterations. Complex products should be discussed before ordering.
Can you work with mechanical/functional parts?
Yes. My mechanical engineering background allows me to work with functional components requiring clearances, tolerances, wall thickness, assembly fits and manufacturing considerations, not just decorative models.
