Will I be able to use my own unique domain name for my Google Site?
It is possible to have your unique domain name displayed in the browser address bar when visitors open your Google site. People will click on your link and arrive at your Google Site - this is called mapping. I provide an extra gig to map your purchased domain name (URL) to your Google website.
Who will own my Google Site when it is complete?
It's always best if you create the blank Google Site yourself so that you are the owner right from the beginning. If you are a Google G Suite subscriber this will be a necessity as it is not possible to transfer ownership of any Google file to a G Suite domain.
How do I create a blank Google Site?
There are a few different ways to do this but I suggest you go to your Google Drive and left-click on the New button, hover your mouse over 'More' and then select 'Google Sites'.
