I will design a static website from scratch using HTML, CSS and js

First question people ask me to why we should hire a person to develop a static page / web for our company, especially when there are tons of systems out there which help them to do their website by themselves?

My job (which I love) is web development, be it using static languages like of which is HTML or CSS and JS or using a CMS system like of which is wordpress, shopify or others; I do provide both options.

But the truth is if you need a page or two to be built for your company and the web should be really customised well as per the brand of the company - why not go for the option which provides most customisations, quick load times on web load, and faster renderings of the languages at client side.

For that I am here to provide this option. Usually I love building sites with bootstrap (CSS framework) which efficiently works with any websites. At the end there are alos themes for each purpose.
